To use either service to back up your phone:

1. Download and install the app from the Google Play Store (Google Drive) or the App Store (Dropbox).
2. Open the app and sign in with your Google or Dropbox credentials, respectively.
3. Tap the menu icon in the top left corner (three lines for Google Drive, three dots for Dropbox) and select “Settings” (Google Drive) or “Preferences” (Dropbox).
